Attended "Grow your business with Facebook Marketing" workshop last weekend. The workshop gave us an insight of the varies effective adversting tools provided in the facebook platform. 

Charmaine is friendly, professional and welcome all questions during the class. She also shared valuable tips and real life cases so that everyone has a better understanding of what facebook marketing campaign is all about. I would definitely recommend Charmaine if you want someone patient and helpful!

I would like to thank Charmaine for her guidance in the workshop. Charmaine is professional and knowledgeable. She is also very approachable and always ready to answer your questions.

What I really liked about the workshop was besides the Facebook advertising mechanics, Charmaine took the extra steps by providing free tools to make the advertising campaign look more attractive. She also helped us to walkthrough a brainstorming process before we go about creating the Facebook ad.

The thing I felt could improve better was perhaps to spend more time on going through the ad platform again or in more detail as there was not enough time for details because it is a one day course.

Nevertheless, it was a great learning experience. I highly recommend anyone who wants to learn more about Facebook marketing to Sky Digital Agency.

I attended the “Master Email Marketing with MailChimp Workshop” with Trainer Charmaine in late January this year, and this review is long overdue!

Having started my own social enterprise, the marketing and publicity aspects have been a necessary yet challenging one. I found the workshop very helpful in a better understanding of not just the workings of MailChimp, but on tips and strategies for effective use of it as well. The workshop went beyond what I expected and explored the creative side, as we delved into the aesthetics of our designs (via Canva - a lifesaver for a Photoshop-amateur as myself!) which is crucial to online marketing as well.

Charmaine possesses great insight on the topic, and is equipped with the design skills and experience on the same. She is generous in her sharing of tips and suggestions, not just on MailChimp per se but on targeted concerns pertaining to our individual business/focus.

Additionally, I found the small group size a comfortable and effective one for learning and even a platform for the exchanging of ideas. The time we had during the workshop was a good balance of learning and hands-on practice; as well as a place where we can raise questions and gain practical help at the same time.

Highly recommended for entrepreneurs, business owners, sales personnel, and any others who are looking for more knowledge on the workings of email marketing and MailChimp!
